• Budget monitoring and spending controls
• Performance analytics and reporting

The Service is designed for small businesses, local businesses, e-commerce shops, freelancers, and startups who want to advertise on Google Ads without requiring extensive marketing expertise.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to create an account.

4. Google Ads Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Ads through official APIs. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must have or create a Google Ads account to use our campaign management features
• You authorize us to access and manage your Google Ads account through OAuth authentication
• You are responsible for your Google Ads account and compliance with Google Ads policies
• Ad spend is paid directly to Google; we do not handle or mark up your advertising costs
• You can revoke our access to your Google Ads account at any time

We operate under a Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) structure. For users without an existing Google Ads account, we may create a sub-account under our MCC on your behalf.

5. Fees and Payment

Our Service operates on the following fee structure:

Campaign Generation Fee

A one-time fee is charged for each campaign generated through our AI-powered system. This fee covers the AI analysis of your website, keyword research, ad copy generation, and initial campaign setup.

Monthly Management Fee

A monthly fee is charged for each active campaign managed through our platform. This fee covers ongoing campaign monitoring, budget management, and access to our dashboard and analytics.

Ad Spend

Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google. We do not collect, process, or mark up your ad spend in any way. You are solely responsible for setting up billing with Google and managing your advertising budget.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for campaign creation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising laws
• Comply with Google Ads policies and terms of service
• Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures or access unauthorized data
• Not resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Review and approve all campaign content before launch

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

• Promote illegal products, services, or activities
• Advertise counterfeit goods or services
• Engage in deceptive or misleading advertising practices
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

Ad copy and campaign content generated by our AI tools are created for your use in connection with our Service. You may use this content for your Google Ads campaigns.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Your campaigns will achieve specific performance metrics or results
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Google Ads campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and Google's algorithms. We cannot guarantee specific advertising results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YULE S.R.L.S. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• Fees already paid are non-refundable
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as email notification to registered users.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
